Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final. Consider the items you wish to purchase carefully. Once an Order Form/ deposit/ payment of any kind has been made, there can be no changes / no refunds/no cancellation to your order. Should you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.
2. Priority. Purchases are based on first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who are able to make payment first/earlier, especially so in the event of availability of only 1 (one) piece/unit.
3. Payment within 3 days. Booking / reservation is allowed. However, your order will be cancelled and items will be released for sale again if payment is not received within 3 days of order form sent.
4. Payment method - Cash Deposit/bank-transfer to Maybank account.
5. Poslaju. All items to be sent via courier service ( POSLAJU for EM/WM).
6. Shipping schedule. a) Local Shipping of item is done twice a week (Monday & Thursday) due to time constraints. Please take note that shipping will happen only after payment is received. b) For overseas shipping, I will provide you the courier details and costs based on your confirmed orders.
7. Local Shipping cost: West Msia: RM 8.00 (1-6 items) East Msia: RM 12.00 (1-6 items) additional item is RM 1.00 per piece.
8. Little Red Riding Hood will held no responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk.

How to place an order?

Step 1: Choose your item(s).

Step 2: Fill in the order form OR email to littleredridding@gmail.com the order details (Name, Contact #, Address, Order item/size, Quantity)

Step 3: Wait for the confirmation reply of pricing / item availability / bank account details. DO NOT make any payment before receiving the confirmation.

Step 4: After receiving the confirmation, make your payment & await arrival of item(s).

Step 5: Once payment is received, the ordered item will be sent out to you.
